A gathering of the group was held at Welwyn Garden City in the Church of Our Lady. Over thirty members of the group were able to attend. Much socialising and sharing of photographs took place. Food and drinks were served. A copy of the group photograph taken in Oberammergau at midday was available free to group members as was also a copy (black and white) of the Diary of the Visit. If any member of the group has not received a photo or diary, please contact John who will see that you receive one.
Denny announced that our next trip would be to Rome in 2002, probably late October, and invited people to start saving right away! Are you interested? Will you be joining us?
Father Michael was presented with a present from 'Hans' the devoted sacristan of Kirchberg. This clearly delighted him and he will be putting it to good use forthwith!
